GAME SELLER PROS - Gamesellerpros.com - failed to provide paid (intangible) services
Gamesellerpros.com, 477 payments, 477PAYMENTS Fails to provides paid-for services, threatens to have accounts WIPED & BANNED if you rebute. Email screenshots included for evidence

This company has not provided the services that are claimed. The excuses are continuous and never lead to any action. When inquiring about the lack of service, they immediately threaten to have the account wiped and banned.

When purchasing, I spoke with their online chat who said that having the order completed over a weekend would not be an issue. Two weeks later, there has been little progress.

After 33 emails (with several days response in between each from Jared), there still has been little progress. Each response from Jared Meriweather, Customer Service Manager, was sure to state that "We have a no tolerance policy regarding reversals/disputes/charge-backs, and we immediately and permanently ban all accounts logged in from the ip address within the past 90 days."

Luckily I am untrusting of companies that provide intangible services and did not have much in-game funds on any of my characters. However, what little I did have was taken. I will be filing a report with PayPal, BBB (they have several BBB complaints already), and will update with the results.
