Gamesellerpros failed to deliver in-game items as promised. The actions and activities attempted by Gamesellerpros to obtain the items resulted in violation of Sony's EULA and resulted in my account being suspended.
I have over 20 emails going back and forth with Gamesellerpros to resolve the issue, but to no avail. Albert accused me of being a scammer and an employee of Sony. And was then threatened.
I have contacted Albert repeatedly to obtain a refund only to get excuses and threats.
Gamesellerpros is now threatening to have my account banned with Sony if I request a chargeback. Gamesellerpros had guaranteed 100% that the transaction was safe and within Sony guidelines, which it turned out not to be.
Albert refuses to refund my purchase price and states there is no refund allowed. No such policy posted on his website. I can provide all emails and text messages to validate my above statements. And watch, Albert will post on here that I am a scammer. Do not do business with gamesellerpros.
