1and1.com I pay around $50 each month for VPS service and the Server is Down for 3 Days No Support and no services but they are still charging me for service. This company is the world cheapest company to deal

This company is the world cheapest company to deal with for your website as of today my server is not working for 3 days and I pay $49.99 each mon for VPS and they don't fix it. They don't have support for your service after hour and also in weekend. If you ask for supervisor they will tell you he/she is left the company for today. No matter when you are call them.
