Istockphoto.com took my money for the photos of high quality, send poor quality instead and refused to return payments. Calgary

I have paid for three higher resolution photos from this vendor. However two out of three downloaded photos were low resolution picture with the very low original resolution about 100 x 60 pixels stretched in graphic editor. I didnt need pictures of this quality even for free and requested refund. After reviewing my demand, customer service representative (called herself Melanie) sends me emails stating that resolution
were off for both files here is the proof:

Hi,

After viewing the file dimensions in Photoshop I do see the dpi were off for both files.

And finally she wrote:

Hi,

I have voided the download and returned the credits to
your account.

However, "the credits" that they returned to my account can only be used to buy some other pictures from their website, that you can only use to buy another crap from their web site.

After I demanded money refund from Istockphoto.com, they send me half of a dozen of emails and finally stopped answering at all. They are internet scam company from Canada.
