I ordered a package deal of photographs and got a so called free mug with it. However when I got the photos they where out of focus and blurry including the mug. I called them several times and they said I would have to send the photos back to them to get a refund minus the shipping and handling, problem is that it would also cost me shipping and handling to send them back to them. They also charged me for the free mug if I got a refund on the photos. I called the credit card company to dispute the charges which I had to supply a letter from another photographer stating that the pictures where of poor quality. The credit card company said the merchant disputed the refund and I would have to pay for the mug and send the pictures back.
