Emily Ellecon-Cassell took a KCG voucher in the amount of $13 for touch screen gloves and did not ship the items forover 3 months

The order was for a pair of touch screen gloves from Happy Cases. The company accepted a deal from KB for a 13.00 voucher to get the gloves. I ordered my gloves with the voucher in November and by January, no gloves. I emailed and was told they were on the way due to "high volume" but no gloves by 2/23/12
