I cancelled my service for Comcast in June due to my internet not working. They picked up the equipment and didn't invoice it. I now have a bill for over 1040.82. I've called three times and each time was told they would resolve it and now its in collections. I'm submitting a letter to the credit bureau so it will not effect my credit rating. However, I will NEVER do business with this company again. I should not be billed for equipment I don't have. I have no clue as to where there numbers came from but their billing department needs to take an accounting class and their customer service needs to take a course in how to follow through with their words!
