AWS Doing Fraud with vendor companies

AWS make vendor in india and take 600$ from them. Mr. Sam alies Sambhu tiwari helping in this work. Sambhu tiwari still making foll to many small software companies in India and asking for 600$. It is going to be big fraud in new delhi and other places in india. AWS dont provide right work to vendors. I have paid 600$ but didnt get work. Lisa and marry make fool there. Be aware with such services
