I ordered a laptop battery 2-13-12 and it was shipped on that date and I received it on 2-16-12. I ordered an 8 cell 4800 mAh 14.8V battery and the one I received was a? Cell 4400 mAh 14.8V battery. The invoice that came with the battery even shows that it should have been as ordered.
I called and talked with one of their so call customer service reps and tried to explain that the battery I received will work in my laptop but it does not have the lasting power of the one I ordered. She told me in a very hostile tone that there is no difference.
She said she would check and have her supervisor call me back to see if the matter could be resolved.
I never received a call from anyone after that. There would be a price difference of about $10.00 less for the battery I received vs the one I ordered. This is not a good company to do business with as they bait and switch the advertised item with a cheaper item when they ship.
