Followed Cancellation Process for Refund and was Denied!

I decided that the Online Trading wasn't for me within the first few days. I had ethical issues with how they wanted the user to lie, and make up fake information to help sell products. I called to cancel and was told that I had to log in 20 days consecutively. I called in 7 days from the time I signed up, and was told by cancelling early they would reset my counter. I asked not to and I would call back in 13 days.

Well nonetheless the asshole customer service rep reset my counter. So I went with it I had 30 days to cancel so I logged in for the rest of the month. Well over 30 days. I even used a browser that I cleared each day the history to reset and log in so it would be clear that I had logged in. I contacted them after I had done more than the 20 days to make sure everything was cleared up on my end. They told me I had not logged in for 20 days. Total BS!!!

They are liars, shady and customer service is a mess. If you can even get through to their rep they are rude and liars. One day I was on hold for an hour and a half and then their system hung up on me. They have No ethics and will do anything to not refund you or charge you even when you follow their policies. I have filed a BBB complaint, cancelled my credit card and am going on as many websites as possible to let everyone know what a rip off this is.
