Back during the holidays, I wanted to purchase a e-tablet. Before I could purchase, I had to sign up for membership. Now they keep taking $9.99/ mo for their membership and nobody answers the phone there and they close at 3pm mountain time. I have called their phone (8773456225) so many times to speak with someone but nobody answers the phone. I called 8 times today and after waiting for more than 5 minutes each time was directed to a recording where I left my name and number for them to call back. They never have.
