Marc Harty is a so called "online pr expert" that sells ebooks about online PR. On his website and in his refund policy (http://www.maintopicmedia.com/templatefiles/refund.php) he claims to have a 100% money back guarantee.
Well, after 5 weeks I am still waiting on my refund, this guy is scam artist and you should be very, very careful before you buy anything from this man.
I have made the mistake to buy one of his online PR courses (that consist of a couple of ebooks and some videos) that he sells for $197, I made this decision based on the fact that he promises to refund the money if the ebook is not something for me. After watching 5 of his videos, I was amazed by the low quality of his product. Quick example: he has a video called: "Behind The Curtain", well the only thing he shows in this 5 minutes video is his account within PRWeb. It is just a joke. His sales page is over hyped, testimonials are fake, his product if wayyyyy overpriced and the quality is bad.
