Prudential Professionals Realty purchased keywords from Simply Voice. We have in writing a guarantee to refund our entire purchase price if we did not recieve 5800 hits to our website witin 90 days using those keywords. They supplied us with a way to track how many hits we recieved.
At the end of 90 days we recieved only 1500 hits. We have been contacting Richard Harty by phone and E-mail since the 16th of May. Our 90 day period was up May 10th of 2006. As of this date we have not recieved any contact from anyone.
I have called every day since the first of June and all I get is a voice mail for Richard Harty. We have officialy requested our refund several times by e-mail also with no response. We want our money back.
