I got banned few time past week, last time they accused me of making over 5200 fake accounts and banned my account permanently

Evony acusedd me of making over 5200 fake accouns which i never did, i got banned few times past week while i was online playing, this last time is permanent ban, i cant paste here emails evony sent or maybe i can just i dont know how, i can provide mails laters day thru email.
