Purchased Game cents during one of their promotions and did not receive item paid for. Sent serveral request to them for support and the only emails replies I got where from an automated source.
Because payment was made via paypal I went to them for support. They denied my claim because the purchased item was virtual in nature.
Evony has no contact address or phone number for you to follow up on.
