Harper Vance Web Services, more specifically its owner, Randy Williams answered a question that I had posted on an online blog and then contacted me about doing work. Since he seemed to know what he was talking about I made the mistake of hiring him. Harper Vance Services is deceitful and operates illegally. As an outsourced web coder, Randy Williams breached all boundaries of confidentiality and business ethics.
He has no scruples when it comes to going behind someone's back to steal a client who is under contract. Randy Williams coding for several of my client's websites. He had access to their contact information and he then proceeded to contact clients directly and work for them after they had already contracted my company to maintain their websites.
Not only did Harper Vance Web Services interfere with my company's business, but Randy Williams coding work was inferior. While he was working for me, I was forced to constantly pay for things to be done over and over because of his incompetency. Harper Vance Web Services/Randy Williams cost my company thousands of dollars in time and money. Beyond that I lost several clients because of his slowness and the problems of sites not working.
Do not work with this person. He will do irreparable damage.
