Dsl canceled us the end of march yet were still charging us until the end of august. It took dsl one week to return my call (their customer service is in the philippines) when i questioned the account charge... Their answer: "you need to give us 30 written notice"... What? You canceled us"... They offered no conciliation. No good faith.
Anybody out there having issues with dsl? Would love to hear about it. And i will be sure to spread the word...
