Ripoff - no tech support - couldn't access site for 9 months, kept billing me

In March of I registered at http://www.mallofthesims.com. For $12.99 every three months, I had access to the site and would be able to download skins, objects, etc for my Sims game. That was the last time I was ever able to access the site. I sent emails repeatedly to cancel but nobody ever replied until I had been billed 3 times (9 months). Finally, my "membership" canceled in December. I replied to the email that confirmed my cancellation asking that I be refunded $38.97 and asked why it took so long to cancel but no one ever replied back.
