Hi, I bought a Sims bon voyage expansion pack for pc from best buy and for some reason this particular game does not want to download on the pc. I have the sims 2 Deluxe, nightlife, H&M Fashion, Freetime, open for business and all of these games download with no problem. Anyway can you help me with this situation. I have tried everything. The computer is a Toshiba with Windows Vista. Do you think it needs a upgrade to Windows 7 to download bon voyage.By the way i have plenty of memory, that is not the issue.
