Sims Car Mall will not fix any thing thats wrong with there cars they will pull or mask engine lights by clearing codes or putting masking agents thur fuel intakes temporarly clearing light were bigger engine problems are hidden. Same with transmissions Most Fail
False promises of repairs will be made but with out a WE OWE SLIP fill out by Mark Sims no one will offer or listen to problem with the car and getting a hold of Mark Sims all employees are trained how to make excuses on why Mr Sims is not there.
Mr. Sims is told what is wrong with every car in wrighting and will still refuse to repair the car and chooses to put the public at risk. His license should be revoke GM did.
