I paid for IMVU game golds but they ask me to waiting forever. I want my moey back

I bought imvu credits and did thousand times live chat (by someone with name: "angelababy", there but they didnt deliver my credits.

When I asked for refund they didn't response me. They asked me to waiting forever. I want my money back! Im very angry. I will report this site everywhere.
