Precious Supervisor at Comcast
I would like to enroll a proper complaint against Comcast for tearing me down in two distinct methods.
1) They're getting me two times as muchas 30 days before.
2) They've positioned me on a single agreement after I shifted towns to be able to increase my regular quality following the aged agreement was terminated.
Several details
I just have online sites, nothing else.
I'd Comcast cable to get a year in Wheatland, CA. Our price was $25 bucks per month and $7 for that device. I subsequently shifted to Yuba City on October 1.
I ended my current agreement in Wheatland and passed in my own modem.
I asked Comcast in the future out to my new home and use a cable within Yuba City as there is no wire. They did so and charged me for doing this, that we settled.
They've only elevated my prices to $70.48 about the foundation that 12 weeks have passed by and that I am on a single agreement.
How do I be on a single contact after I terminated the final one when I shifted towns?
I'm that Comcast is simply bullying their clients with irrational waste thinking. Certainly one returns devoted clients and doesn't punish them.
I'll not sleep till I've uncovered this planned adjustment of my consideration that Comcast has been doing to be able to increase my payment, after I shifted towns, passed in my own modem. There is a two-week space until support was proven in a new area.
I'd choose to spend my previous price of $24.99 monthly.
It appears only good.
An incredibly disappointed, ashamed customer. I'll not suggest your tricky methods.
I'll consider this issue towards the greatest grievances board in the united states.
