Continues to abuse customers and overcharge day after day!

I will try to keep this short. I had for years. I never wanted roadrunner for my internet or cable. Now I have moved and the only service was Time Warner which was fine UNTIL it became COMCAST. Recently I moved again after 8 months with Time Warner-Comcast. I moved into a newly built home so they charged me a transfer fee, new home fee and 1st month! Just for this and 1st month internet my bill was nearly $200!!

Even better... The person to install showed up at 9:30 pm on a Saturday night and then told me he was in a hurry to get to a party so he did not have time to bury the cable that he ran in the backyard! So who buried the cable -ME!

IF I had a choice in providers which in the City of Katy, there are many restricted choices for internet and telephone service I would NOT ever choose COMCAST for anything. As I read horror stories, it just gets worse and worse! As for cable service, I have been with for 11 years and will never switch. Phone service, we cannot wait to have available to us. IF you have a choice, do NOT choose COMCAST unless you want to pay double for nothing!
