A few weeks ago my credit card was frauded with NEwEGg and a few days later an I pad was delivered to my doorstep. WHen I contacted the company to return the product, they told me they would make all the arrangements with UPS for pickup the following day. When they did show up, they were unable to effect pickup as they did not have return number, declaration for international transport, or even proper address. Newegg said the information was mailed to my email account, but they don, t seem to understand that I don, t have an account with them, or an email address as account was frauded. WHen explained the situation a second time, one of their customer service reps, told me Ups couldn't do pick up in Canada and was unable to offer solution. They have a thirty day refund policy but they intentionally stall the process so that the 30 days expires before return can be made. They are known to accept fraudulent card, perhaps even processing fraudulent numbers themselves. THey have been extremely unresponsive to my calls, further delaying the process. They are definitely not a legitimate company, nor are they transparent in their process. Do not give these people your credit. CARD NUMBER!!! You will regret it.
