This company offers PHP and CGI Scripts. Unfortunately, they never seem to work from day 1 and they will not provide support to get it working unless you purchase optional support which costs more than the script itself.
They know their scripts have problems as they get numerous complaints and this is how they scam you to collect additional funds.
This practice is NOT the norm for script authors and retailers. Most will insure yours works as promised free of additonal charges.
This is the second time this has happened with this company.
