RIAENJOLIE: Unfortunately I did not do any research [ on-line ] prior to finding help setting up my new Web Sight. I agreed online to a down payment and a payment plan and I sent them my information for the web sight. They charged my account immediately without me seeing or agreeing to there contract terms. I thought I would continue anyway to see my first review of there basic web design to see if I could have a positive outcome. After about 10 days I saw my preliminary web design and I was shocked. My next door neighbor [ with minimal computer skills ] could have done a better job. Even the words [ that I had supplied them in my product description ] were misspelled and the format was basically flat and Not Appealing at all. I immediately contacted them online to Cancel my order [ 2x ]. They advised me to call a tel # and I spoke to representative and explained [ REPEATEDLY ] that I wanted to Cancel my order. He finally agreed and Stated that the Order would be cancelled and I would get my refund. 10 days later my account was charged again and I contacted them again and they stated that the individual that I had talked to was no longer with them. Eventually they cancelled my account and I never received my Refund. If you Care about you business and your products future, do your research and NEVER USE RIAENJOLIE.
