Bought a printer toner cartridge from the guys. It was defective, leaving large dark streak down the page.
After dealing with the nin com poop customer service rep for a significant time I insisted she escalate the complaint. She "checked" and said I could return it.
However, the refuse to ship a replacement cartridge.
They have refused to answer the last three emails asking where the new cartridge is to replace the defective one.
RIP OFF. I would not consider doing business with them again. Would you?
