I recently heard of a website on TV named "Quibids." They advertised cheap deals that customers bid on, so I was like what the hell and registered. Little did I know that these internet scammers charged me 60 dollars out of no where on my credit card. As soon as I found this out, I immediately looked for a contact support number. Their website states that there is a LiveChat for help and or a phone number.
Neither was listed on the site except an email address. I clearly told them that I will not place any bids or spend any money on their site and all I'm asking for is a refund. I contacted their support via email and have not heard back. I later on went on google.com and found that I am not the only customer that they are scamming! This has got to be addressed! Its ridiculous.
