Ripoff unethical business practice, refunds take 7mths, you can never get a straight story

I ordered a processor from their site and sent an email to cancel it about 7 hours later. I got an automated response from their email system letting me know that the email regarding cancellation was being processed and a sales tech would get back to me. Never got back to me - and shipped out the processor anyway.

I sent it back and they had the balls to tell me I had to take 15% off the refund as a restocking fee. After that anytime I called I was put on hold for hours, hung up on, or was told someone would get back to me - and no-one ever did. I went through my credit card company to dispute the charges.

After 7mths I finallly got to talk to someone there and I told them how I was going to contact the State Attorney Generals Office of California and speak with officails from the office of State Attorney Lockyer. The person, who identified himself as Chris, told me they would process the refund and it would post the next day.

When 2 days passed and it never happened I called back using a different telephone number because nobody would pick up when I called from home. I called so many times that day that finally after 6 hours they gave me the confirmation number of the refund. Those people suck a*!
