Adam Whitaker, operating a business called Blue Liquid Media, has been scamming innocent people out of thousands of dollars. He presents himself as a legitimate business owner who offers legitimate services. He uses websites
like Craigs List to acquire leads for his scam, his own website BlueLiquidMedia.com or directly solicits his victims.
After he manipulates his victims into thinking he is equipped to handle and fulfill their website, SEO or reputation management needs, then collects their money (usually full payment, payment or reduced rate special) and within a few weeks becomes non-responsive.
I have been told he has pending lawsuits and is on the radar of local & regional authorities.
