After several calls to Hughesnet Level 1 customer service (in India), complaining of interrupted web browsing, and frequent "web acceleration errors" at their National Operations Center (NOC), and several referrals to Level 4 (no explanation of what happened to levels 2 and 3, but I don't really care); and after level 4 didn't call back for two weeks; and after level 4 finally admitted that their satellite was broken and will take another 2 weeks to fix... I DEMANDED AND RECEIVED A ONE MONTH'S CREDIT OFF MY BILL.
Everybody should demand it!!
