We were scammed by DJ and Liquid Reflectons in much the same way others were - the reports are VERY familiar. We were assured our site would be up by Halloween - our busiest time. The following months were full of crappy work and long delays between contacts or updates. On 1/19, we asked for a refund and got no response. We asked again a week or so later and were told we had to give 30 days notice requesting a refund. I pointed out that we already had, and DJ had to agree which gave him until 2/19 to satisfy us. We have not heard back. We have contacted him twice after the 30 days and still nothing. RUN away if you are considering using them, or become one of us - those out a bunch of cash, time and customers!
