I had my laptop fixed in a shop and they signed me up to Panda Security, telling me and charging me after. Every year since, Panda automatically take money from my account to renew something I no longer need - I have a different laptop. On their website and many pages they refer you to - to renew (there's no cancel option) it is very hard to find a number to call, when I have found it the numbers do not work. I have emailed and no response. Yet the money comes out of my account OK. I am beyond angry.
