Never received my orders. Hong Kong

I've ordered 4 pairs of contact lens on October and I've never received them until this December. I am currently a high school students who doesn't have any income, but I paid over a
hundred dollars and I never got my orders. They do not have a phone number but only email. I keep contacting them but the company did not offer me any explanation, refund
or even a apology!!! They just keep ignoring me!!! I hope you guys
would bewared about what I've said. This store lacks of
responsibility!!!
