I too purchased a Groupon in November and ordered a bobblehead a few days later. I did not realize 1st off this operation is in Hong Kong. Second when I questioned about when I would receive it the 1st of Dec and mentioned I wanted if for a Christmas gift they said they would put a rush on it. It is May 22nd and I have not received it. I have appx 20 emails, where we have gone back and forth. They are busy, it takes 12 wks, then it takes 16 wks, and the last email said they work the orders by how many are ordered. What? I just sent another email today. How can something be done about this. I fear we are all out our money.
