After this company made an unauthorized charge of 99.00 on my credit card, I tried to resolve it through their automated customer service. Time will tell if I am going to get my money back, but please be aware of this companie's business tactics: I had no idea this company was going to charge my credit card for 99.00. I immediately tried to cancel through their automated customer service. Here is the results"

[Joe] The email I received showed a transaction number of 831557. I do not know if that has any relevance. Once this is cancelled, I would like a confirmation email sent to me. This is a horrific business tactic.
[Crystal] Ok Joe, I see that you purchased a $99 Package, for 250 bids. I can also see that you have 25 bonus bids, for a total of 275 bids.
[Joe] I did not agree to purchase anything. It just asked for credit card info, presumably to prove I can follow up with the purchase, like ebay does.
[Joe] Has this been processed for cancellation?

[Joe] Five to seven days is ridiculous, your company makes no mention it is going to CHARGE the card for bids, you take it out under totally false pretenses, and now are holding my money hostage for at least a week. I am going to take this and completely run with it.
[Crystal] Maybe you didn't see it, but on the screen where you registered your Credit/Debit card information, at the left hand side of the page, the different bid packages offered were displayed, also at the top right, there was the summary of the transaction you were about to approve once you clicked on the "I'm ready to start winning" button.
[Crystal] Is there anything else that I can help you with today?
[Joe] That stuff was pre-supposed. It auto-filled without even being chosen. How does it feel to work with a bunch of crooks?
[Joe] Well I am going to post this chat text on facebook and myspace. Hopefully I can keep others from getting the same treatment.
