Web.com hosted a website a business many years ago.
Business went away, email addresses changed.
They are charging me $27.95 per month.
Numerous times I have tried to cancel this account - but because the email address it was created with is no longer valid, they claim they can't.
So they promise to email some form to fix it - several times... But a funny thing happens, they never do that. And when I call me them back, they have no record of my attempt to cancel.
This is an obvious run-around.
They are charging for a service they are no longer providing and will do nothing about it.
