On August 14th, I ordered two $100 WalMart gift cards from Cardilly for $100. On August 15th, Cardilly sent me an e-mail that stated: "Change In Order Status." In the e-mail, Cardilly claimed that my order had been shipped! I never received the gift cards so, I e-mailed [email protected] on September 12th. Cardilly responded to me by stating that they are a new business, just starting out. They are running their operations out of Canada, in order to pass along "free shipping" to its customers. They claimed that they made a mistake by not placing tracking numbers on their orders. They said that if I didn't receive my gift gards within the next week, they would gladly ship my order again or, refund my money. They stated that they would begin to place tracking numbers on all of their orders.
Well, another week has passed and, I still haven't received my WalMart gift cards. Now when I e-mail Cardilly and, I tell them that I still haven't received my WalMart gift cards, they refuse to answer my e-mails!
