My girlfriend and I both purchased discounted gift cards on Cardilly.com. Neither one of us recieved them. When we contacted the support e-mail address we both got the same form letter back telling us to be patient. After a bit of detective work I was able to track down the address the company uses for business. It was a UPS store.
Cardilly.com is a new web site, it opened in July. So there are not many blogs about it yet. So don't become another victim of the fraud this person is committing.
