Liquidity Services Inc Liquidation.com, Liquidity Services Inc Company participates in fraudulent transactions

On 11/13 I won an auction of assorted electronics all listed as returns for $300.00 on liquidation.com transaction ID 2901476. The Manifest had a total of 17 items. When I received the lot there were only 13 total items which is 23.5% of the lot not 2% that the liquidation.com website states as an allowed variance. This is the 1st part of what I call fraud, when you knowingly mis-lead to gain monetary value. Ok so the the other 13 items. 1. Sony DSCWX9 will not power on with new battery or power cord Salvage item. 2. Sony DSCS930 Shows many years of wear, so used that the case is separating from itself used. 3. Canon A490 casing broken de-laminating apart salvage. 4. Samsung SL30 will not power on with new battery or power cord Salvage item. 5. Olympus FE240 Shows many years of wear, many gouges and deep case scratches used. 6. Samsung SL605 Shows many years of wear, many gouges and deep case scratches the battery cap has been opened and close so many times it will not stay closed appears to have over many many years of wear used. 7. Nikon S4000 Lens stuck in open position and bent in-word makes camera inoperative salvage. 8. Sony DSCH55 Software corrupted will power on but unusable also lens stuck in open position and will not retract salvage. 9.10.11. Snap sights camera's with power buttons broken, and used yep even the cheep plastic cameras they sent don't work salvage. 12 and 13 Cobra 35MM camera's these are 19.95 cheep camera's return item. So this is the 2nd part of fraud when you deliberately lie about the condition. Liquidation.com states in the description of a return item that it may be in fine working order, a majority may have operational or cosmetic wear. It does not say that 100% of the lot will not be returns and will be rather salvage or used items.
