Tread very carfully

I have bought from liquidation.com a total of three times. My first time as in the purchase of two 37 inch vizio tv's and the entire process was fine. The tv's were tested prior and I had complete pictures of the working units and when I went to pick them up I tested them and the worked great.

Recently I bought a mixed lot with my gf and we had high expectations to sell the merchandise on ebay. The manifest was accurate and they pallet was "returns". Now this is partly my fault for being so trusting. We picked up the box and signed off on it. We got home only to discover that one of the main items listed was in fact a compete rip off.in the auction was listed A "120 gb ipod classic", guess what, it was the box for an ipod classic 120 gb but we break the seal and open it up and bam, its a destroyed ipod video 60gb covered in scratches and severe lcd damage. COMPLETE FRAUD, we call them and and they say it was not their fault and they most they would refund us would be $12.32, what a slap in the face. Lesson is, examine EVERYTHING even stuff that appears brand new and in the box before leaving that warehouse. Also the coby portable dvd player was non functioning and one of the lcd monitors would not power up. Thanks liquidation, money down the drain.

So my gf buys a third lott and this time we inspect it and thank GOD we did, she paid roughly 800 for this lot included 3 sony e readers and justified the price. Upon pickup we discover that every one of the three e readers in completely destroyed with cracked lcd screens and scratches not even powering on. No pictures of in the lot showed any of the damages and the items were clearly salvage, how dishonest is that? Also the earthmate pn20 was in terrible condition and no longer working because of water damage and nearly everything else in the lott looked like it had been salvaged from a hurricane. All together everything there wasnt even worth 200 bucks in the condition they were in, EVERYTHING BEING SALVAGE. Welll we knew better this time so we marched on up to the office and showed them the poor excuse of a lot they had tried to pawn off on us and this time got a refund but at the cost of our time and money spent to pick up the items. I am seriously losing all faith in this company if they cant even have and honest quality check on the products they mark as "returns"
