I am having the same type of problems with Straight2You as those who posted their reports - overcharges, unanswered phone calls, ignored faxes and emails, promises not kept, claims that someone in the company made a mistake, and no refund. While each has a different twist to their problem, as I do, there is no question that there is a definite pattern of behavior here. I do not believe that Anthony and crew are complete and total incompetents, rather I think they have a calculated method of taking small amounts of money from many, many people hoping that most will not complain or pursue the issue since it may cost more than what has been lost. I think that filing with the Attorney General of New York, the New York Better Business Bureau, etc. Is fine, but I also think all of these complaints should be forwarded to the FCC and FTC. A class action suit also sounds like a good idea.
