I purchased a level 17 Hyru Gladiator on a Besaid Server on Nov 12th. I received a email back that verification must be sent. I did so that same day. I then received a email stating on Nov 13th That all verification was taken care of and there was NOTHING else I needed to do on my end. I have sent several emails to them. I have contacted them on Facebook. Not one single person has contacted me with the information of my account that I bought. I purchased it, my boyfriend paid for it. He sent his verification license and so forth. I have no been ripped off for 26.04. Which is a shame. Every day I check my spam folder, I clear it out, and in a hour I write them and check the folders again and clear them out. This is going on day 5 with no response from the team.
