Ciplex will lead you in with their luxorious portfolio, over price your web design, and then out source your entire project to freelancer's out of the country. The freelancer's had nothing to do with the design's in the ciplex portfolio. You willnot receive the same quality. The employees who created the designs in the ciplex's portfolio to begin with are long gone!
Ciplex is nothing but a middle man scam, they draw you in with their fancy website, beautiful portfolio, and then outsource your project to a foreign freelancer, most likely from freelancer.com
90% of ciplex's business is done by hiring foreign freelancers. They will outsource your project for 1/50th the price and pocket the rest of your money. They will lie through their teeth if confronted with undisputable evidence, and then threaten you with their attorney. This attorney is nothing but a family friend that they use for scare tacticts when a client realizes that they are being scammed by Ciplex.

STAY AWAY FROM ciplex.com, or you will end up with a low quality web design that barely functions, and a big hole in your wallet. They are desperate to stay a float in this bad economy and will do anything they can to keep their empty office from closing.
It's laughable when you walk in the ciplex office, it's very big, but that's all it is, an empty space without any employees in sight. The receptionist is friendly though, maybe she could design your website, it would probably be better then anything the ciplex's "web designers" could offer up.
Ciplex is a scam.
