Watch out for this company... Built on a house of cards using all Independent Contractors. They steal from their own "employees"... As they like to refer to the IC's. If an Independent Contractor complains about being ripped off... They simply part ways and keep all the money for themselves. Don't be fooled by the quality work on their site. Having worked there... I seriously doubt the people that did that work are still with Ciplex! A bunch of crooks! The CA EDD will show them what time it is for sure!
