The corporation may mess you around. Online sites is not even close to high speed, it's a lot more like dial-up. Had the support from September until October. I had been about the every month strategy, and so I imagined. After I visited stop I had been informed that I'd need to spend a termination charge since my agreement wasn't up. I told them that I had been about the every month agreement plus they stated that after I improved towards the new device it intended I registered to get a 2-year period. The improved device was anything they CREATED you need to do and not explained concerning the agreement. I also asked about obtaining a return about the equipment enjoy it claims on the site plus they responded they do not buy-back outdated gear. I told the repetition that it claims etc your site which I had been taking a look at it at this time. They stated they understood nothing about this. Customer Support individuals are rude, do not talk language and also have almost no understanding of the things they are doing. I'm still battling this battle with this particular silly organization. And that I have large useless satellite on my home! If you should be wanting to get highspeed net within the rural places get one of these Verizon Mifi. $59.99 for 5 GB utilization (We never review that). Not a thing for streaming activities or movies online but worth looking at if you are using facebook, email and installing several tunes, etc.
