I registered for Verizon Wireless Internet and wasn't happy with the pace. I named to stop the support, inside their thirty-day "worry-free promise" and that I delivered the Hardware device for them. Our charge card was acknowledged for that preliminary price of the device.

After I received my statement there is an earlier termination charge put into the service charge and also the 30 days of support that I employed and that I owed them.

I approached Verizon and was informed that I'd need to spend the statement after which I'd get a reimbursement look for the quantity of the first termination charge. I told the repetition this wasn't appropriate and also to merely send me a statement for that initial charge plus one month support. I had been informed this wasn't their plan. I told the repetition these were not likely to maintain my cash hostage after I didn't owe the charge.

Long story short - used to donot spend the statement and today they switched it to an assortment workplace which really wants to "dome a benefit" and "negotiate" for $250 that will be around $150 significantly more than I owe. I told them no & informed the collector I've a duplicate of my agreement, a duplicate of the "worry-free guarantee" and copies of my charge card record displaying the day I requested the gear and also the day the gear was acknowledged back again to my charge card which exhibits they obtained the gear inside their own thirty-day guarantee.

I'll NEVER conduct business with this specific organization again.
