I ended my scheduling 1.5 weeks preceding. Got a termination mail, but nonetheless got billed the entire amount. I observed this in my own bank statement. Called customer support, waited 36 hours (they guarantee to obtain back within 24) subsequently delivered another client service contact. Waited 72 hours, after which named my creditcard organization to challenge the cost. Horrible they cannot actually return inside the guaranteed period and they cannot manage cancellations precisely.
