I had a bundle package with Time Warner.in December I asked to have the cable TV and phone service stopped and to leave Roadrunner Internet service only. I live in Glendora, CA and my local service is on Route 66. Recently I discovered that I was still being charged for cable TV. After 2 visits to local TW cable store and 2 phone calls later, I was promised that supervisor would contact me to settle and compensate me for the extra charges (December to July overpayments of $22/mo) It is now middle of July and no response. My encounter with the reps was frustrating as they were argumentative and not willing to be helpful. Please help!
