I have been amazed at the level of service, picture quality and the multitude of self - help tools FIOS provides. This is only my second full day as a subscriber, but, even during a holiday, I have been able to use the provided self - help tools (AtHomeAgent) to answer almost every question I've had. I hope this is the future of all in - home subscribed content. Whatever propaganda the old cable monopolies have been spreading about FIOS should be ignored. If it's available in your area, make the switch!
